In 1991, Geshe-la founded the New Kadampa Tradition- International Kadampa Buddhist Union, which has centers in Australia, Mexico, South Africa, Spain, Germany, and Switzerland. The lineage of the organization is also inextricably linked to the teachings of Geshe-la, who has written 24 books and composted over 50 sadhanas. Offerings include in-person and virtual Dharma talks and meditations, every Sunday and Wednesday on “Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times” and “How to Increase Positive Energy.”

Prat is also pursuing her Master's in Social Work at NYU and has extensive experience working with children and their families.
